Review And Swatches -Wet N Wild Centerstage Collection Shimmer Palette in "Hollywood Boulevard"

Hi Girlz,

Today i am sharing my thoughts on the 'Wet N Wild Centerstage Collection Shimmer Palette in Hollywood Boulevard'.Wet n wild has really amped up their game by recently introducing this new shade in the shimmer palette's of the Centerstage Collection .So now the three shades in this line are -'Rose Golden Goddess,Rose Champagne Glow and Hollywood Boulevard'.Earlier there was a shade called 'Carnival In Rio' which i believe now is discontinued.I have never tried any of their shimmer palette's so i decided to try Hollywood Boulevard.

Price And Availabilty-I got this at CVS for $5.99 for 0.4oz of product.It is also available at Walgreens,drugstore.com and i also saw it at Target this past weekend.

I swatched first by swirling all the colors in the pan.

Then i carefully picked up the golden and the pink colors separately for the purpose of swatching.

Pigmentation and Texture-The product is very soft  to touch and is a beautiful neutral champagne highlighter with very fine shimmer's.Don't be worried about the shimmer's as most of it disappears on application and you are left with a beautiful glow on the skin.It is very pigmented and creamy .

Application-It is very easy to apply and blend.I used a fan brush for the application.

Appearance-It has that domed ,raised shape .As you can see it has a beautiful pink and brown veins running throughout the pan . It looks beautiful applied on the high points of the cheek.

Suitability For Skin Type's- I find that it is a very neutral color that will look good on all types of skin tone's whether cool or warm.

Staying power-It lasted on my dry skin for around 5 to 6 hrs.

Overall i just loved this highlighter.Thank GOD now we have some affordable highlighter at the drugstore to count on.

Kmart Haul !!

Hi style bees,

Today i just wanted to share with you all a small haul.Last weekend i went to Kmart and picked up a few things.

As i entered the beauty section of Kmart i saw the display for Bonita Colors velvet lip creams and i had to try them.

Below are the pics of the two shades i picked up from there line .

Shade name from left to right -Nude Indulgence and Natural Beauty. They were for $ 2.99 each.

I also picked up this lipglaze from 'Jeune Paris' in the shade 'beach'.I have never heard of this brand before.I was intrigued by its appearance as this looked a lot like the stila lipglaze .The price of the lip glaze was $3.99 .

Then i picked up a WET N WILD megalast lipstick in the shade 'Bare it all ' for $ 1.99 .

 

I love my nude lipsticks and i just can't have enough of them.So i really wanted to try a lipstick from the 'Jordana Modern matte collection' so i picked up the Jordana matte lipstick in the shade '02-Matte Blush ' for $2.49 .

So those were the few things i picked up.I will be sharing with you all , my experience with all of them individually soon.So stay tuned for that.
