Aliexpress Haul and Review !!!

Hi All,

Today I am sharing with you all a haul from AliExpress.If you have not heard about this site let me first give you a little information on this site. AliExpress ,is a subsidiary of Alibaba.com ,which allows small buyers to buy small quantities of goods at wholesale prices.I was initially very skeptical of buying from this site but still thought to give it a try.So today I wanted to share with you all my experience.Lets first get into the stuff I ordered :-

1.Handbag

First thing that I ordered was a handbag that looked very 

similar to the famous Stella McCartney Falabella Fold-Over 

Tote.

Above is the picture of the handbag I got.

It looks very similar to the original except the brand name.

Quality-I liked the material of the bag .It is soft and does not 

look cheap at all .Inside the lining is of fabric material and 

has an animal print.

The handles/straps are made of chain.The material of the 

chain is very light and it is here where I think the quality of 

the bag falls short.

Stitching-I was not so impressed by the stitching of the bag 

and there were some loose threads popping out which I had 

to cut.I did raise this with the seller and he refunded $5 for 

it,which I thought was reasonable.

Price I paid-$26 (Free Shipping)

For the price I think it is a nice bag but one that I may use 

only for a couple of months.

2.Makeup Brushes

I ordered some Replicas of the Sigma brushes .

Quality-The quality of these brushes is amazing and I would 

start out by saying that I love them and totally 

recommend them.They have been through a couple of 

vigorous washing cycles and none of them had shed on 

me.Only the brush #F40 had some extra bristles popping out 

which I just pulled off by hand.Being a sucker for good 

,cheap makeup brushes I am one who keeps on constantly 

buying new brushes.Keeping in mind that I have tons of them

 I am constantly reaching out for these and I think that says a lot.

Pricing-I do not think that they are by anyway the cheapest in

 the market but they are a very good deal for the price I paid.

Comparison-I am by no means comparing their quality to the 

originals as I do not own any Sigma brushes but I am 

definitely comparing them to the drugstore brushes like Real 

Techniques,Elf,Wet N Wild etc.

Lets ,one by one ,look at the brushes I got.

All the Brushes have Sigma Printed on them and they came 

in plastic packaging .The brushes had Sigma printed on one 

side and patent pending on the other side on the 

ferules of the brushes if you can see that in the pictures below.

Experience with AliExpress

I had also ordered another set of Sigma brushes from other 

seller but somehow it got lost in transit.I raised the matter to 

the seller who very quickly refunded me the full 

amount.I am very satisfied with the dealing.

Also I got both the packages(the bag and the brushes ) within

 2 weeks of ordering them which I thought was pretty good 

keeping in mind they are shipped from China.Both the Bag 

and the brushes were packaged in a bubble bag.

Overall I quiet like buying from this site but the products may

 be hits or misses.You have to carefully shop from sellers 

who have a good rating and large number of orders.I can go

on and on ,on how to shop but that can surely be on another 

post.

Tarte Buffer Brush Dupe - Review !!!

Hi Girlz,

Today I am back with another amazing bargain from ebay to share it with you all and it is the dupe for the ‘Tarte Bamboo Buffer Brush’

Price – The Original brush retails for $34 but the dupe is for $3.81 isn't that amazing and it also has Tarte imprinted on the handle.You can CLICK HERE for purchase.

Quality- I do not own the original but have felt the bristle’s at Sephora a couple of times and believe me you guys they feel exactly the same.The bristle’s are very densely packed and are super soft .The brush is very sturdy.I have washed this brush multiple times and have not notice any shedding while washing or application.The Ferrule of the brush is still holding strong.

Application- I used this brush to apply my Loreal Lumi foundation and it did an amazing job and applied the foundation evenly with no streakiness whatsoever.Since it is a fairly large size brush it covers a big area of the face at one time and thus makes application of foundation very quick and easy.I have also applied powder foundation with it and it did apply the powder pretty evenly.

RRWS Rating- 10/10 since I did not find anything that I could change about this brush.

Overall I really recommend you guys to give this brush a shot ,it being so budget friendly.I really don’t think that you have to spend 100 of dollars on brushes when you can achieve the same look with decently priced brushes.

Review-Nars ITA Brush Dupe !!

Hi Girlz,

Hope you all are doing great.Today i am back with a short review on an amazing dupe i found for the Nars ITA brush from Ebay.I have been testing out the brush for the past couple of months and i am finally ready to review it for you girls.

This brush is an almost an exact dupe of the Nars ITA brush.Infact it has NARS imprinted on the brush itself.I do not own the original but have seen it a few times at Sephora.

Hair Material-As for the brush the only difference i feel is the Bristles are slightly taller in my opinion than of the Original Brush.Also the bristles of the dupe are made of synthetic hair whereas the bristles of the original are made of goat hair.

Performance-Overall i would say this brush performs amazingly for applying and blending the product.Its great for contouring.

I would say just save your pennies and get the dupe.

MakeupBrushes Drying Method-Easy,Budget Friendly,Safe Way !!

Hi Girlz,

Today i am back with a quick post on how to dry your brushes on a budget without damaging them .We often lay the brushes on a towel after washing or we tend to make them stand up upside down leaning against a wall.What i observed in both these methods is -

• In the First Case-laying the brushes on a towel after washing-resulted in some of the water going back in the ferrule of the brush ,thus affecting the glue and in turn loosening the ferrule.Ultimately destroying the brush.

• In the second case-make them stand up upside down leaning against a wall-all the pressure was coming on the bristles of my brushes ,thus affecting and ruining the bristles.

Ultimately one day i came up this solution.As shown in the picture below i use rubber bands to hold the brushes upside down against a towel drying bar.

I just stretch the rubber-band under the bar and hold the brush in the front end of the band.Then i stretch the other end of the rubber band from behind the bar to go over the brush in the front of the bar,thus holding the brush tightly with the bar in an upside down position.

In this manner i dry my brushes without damaging the bristles or the ferrule of the brushes.

I have been doing this technique at home as well as in hotels when i am travelling.

New Makeup at the Drugstore !!!

Today i am here to share with you all ,some new makeup i have spotted at the drugstore.Yesterday i went to Walgreens and saw a ton of makeup that was entirely new.Without further delay lets look at the exciting new makeup from different brands.

1.Makeup Brushes from Revlon

Revlon has launched its line of makeup brushes.There was one brush on the display to touch and feel.It really felt soft.For drugstore these seem a little on the expensive side though.

2.Five different mascara's from Revlon

There were five different types of mascara's displayed ,each for a different purpose -

• Ultimate All in one-5 benefits in one-Volume,length,definition,lift and intense color
• Ultra Volume-Triple grooves designed to hold formula for maximum volume.

These were available with eight different types of oil infusions-

ITCosmetics Live Beauty Fully all over powder brush Dupe !!!!

Hi Girlz,

Hope you all had a great thanksgiving weekend.Today i have got a very interesting brush dupe for you all.From a long time i have been wanting to try the " ITCosmetics Live beauty fully all over powder brush" ,available at Ulta for $40 ,because i like the fact that its huge and covers a larger area at one time and its soft too.But considering the price i was not convinced to spend so much on just one brush as you all know that i am all about affordable brushes.So i found a great dupe for it from ebay .You can click here to see the ebay listing.

I would say that this brush is a hair to hair dupe for the It cosmetics brush.Even though i do not own the ITCosmetics brush, i have touched that brush several times at Ulta and the bristles of this ebay one are just as soft.

The ebay brush works great in applying powder foundation and i have been using this brush for over a month now.This brush comes with the similar king of plastic brush protector as the ITcosmetics one and has the same print on the brush "Live Beauty Fully" but it does not have the logo of ITCosmetics (obviously ).The make of the brush is very sturdy and i have washed it several times and it has not shed .

Price for the ebay brush-$2.99 + $3.99(shipping)

which is way way less than the ITCosmetics one ($40)

Rating -9/10 ( i would love to give it 10/10 but i am deducting a point only due to the fact that it takes 3 weeks to reach ,which is the case for all ebay purchases.)

All in all i would totally recommend this brush to you all.Its totally worth it.

The Bargains- Sigmax Precision Kit of 5 brushes -Look Alike's Review !!

Today is bargain time again and i wanted to share the 'Look Alike' for the brushes in 'Sigmax Precision Kit of 5 brushes'.You guys know i love trying new budget friendly makeup tools.So i decided to try these and see how well they work.I got them from Dresslink.com .You can click here to have a look.

I don't own the Sigmax brushes so i can't say whether they are dupe's for them but here i will talk about the quality and the performance of these brushes .

Quality-These brushes are very soft to the touch.I use these brushes for several purposes.These have synthetic bristles .The handle of the brushes is made of wood and the ferrule of aluminum. I use them for -

•  Blending my under-eye concealer 
• For Blending my eyeshadows
• For applying highlighter
• For contouring on the sides of the nose

These brushes work well .They are available in 8 different colors -Silver White/Sliver Black/Gold Black/Gold White/Silver Pink/Silver Blue/Pure Black/Gold Pink .I have washed these brushes several times and they have not shed on me till now.I got them a month back.
